You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. phpubwin is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpubwin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phpubwin will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phpubwin support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
phpubwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). phpubwin does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your phpubwin account instantly upon confirmation of the transfer. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating institution.

All transactions on phpubwin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phpubwin does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phpubwin platform without prior written authorisation from phpubwin. Unauthorised use of phpubwin's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phpubwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
phpubwin's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phpubwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
phpubwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Players may also voluntarily close their phpubwin account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
